Coaching differs to mentoring in many ways. Whilst a mentor may teach or tell, a good coach should be able to ask and listen to encourage you to learn.
As your coach, I will help you unlock your potential to maximise your performance. My mind is not your mind. Your mind is unique to you and therefore coaching needs to unlock YOUR strengths.
In our 100% confidential and safe discussion space you will do at least 80% of the talking whilst you explore your goals and how to achieve them. The sessions are client-led and your coach will only manage the conversation that you direct.
In some circumstances a blended coach/ mentor approach may work better.
When I do offer advice, there will be a clear message that we are moving into mentoring. I truly believe that 'you only know what you know'.
Coaching typically takes place in the virtual on-line world but can also take place face to face and even whilst walking, cycling or running!
It is your coaching so you decide.
Group sessions are usually live but on-line sessions can also be arranged.
Performance coaching is neither therapy or counselling but can be incorporated alongside to add positivity. If I feel that you require therapy, I can direct you to specialists.

Do you have a 'Growth Mindset'? Many 'Fixed Mindset' reactions are based on limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome. We will explore a more open and positive mindset.
Values represent your core beliefs.
By understanding personal values you will successfully set goals that are aligned and therefore more likely to be achieved.
